OPTIMIZATION OF THE COMPOSITION AND FORMATION TECHNOLOGY OF BIOCOMPOSITES ON THE BASIS OF STARCH BINDER
Abstract
The article determines the optimal content of the composition in the press-mold, which allowed obtaining biocomposite
samples cylindrical chape without delamination and defects of structure due to the application of uniaxial compression load.
The influence of wood flour on the viscosity of compositions based on starch gel was studied. The optimal content of aqueous
solution of gluten in the composition was determined, which provided an increase in the hardness of biocomposite materials.
The technology of obtaining starch gel and aqueous solution of gluten has been developed. The mode of formation of
biocomposites under the influence of thermomechanical treatment with the following heat treatment of biocomposite samples
was optimized, which ensured the formation of a dense and homogeneous structure of biocomposites.
