Abstract

The high level of performance of road reinforced concrete slabs, subjected to repeated force, moisture-temperature
and corrosion effects, is ensured by optimizing production using superplasticizers based on MC-PowerFlow 7915 and MCPowerFlow 7925 polycarboxylates from MC-Bauchemie.This technological solution allows to reduce the cost of production by
eliminating the processes of vibratory compaction of concrete mix and heat-moisture treatment of products. At the same time,
an improvement in the structure of the structural material and a significant increase in strength at all stages of concrete
hardening, as a result of reducing the water-cement ratio while increasing the ease of laying of the concrete mixture.
Production tests also found that the reduction in cement consumption per m3 of concrete mix is 10-20%.
