Abstract
The issue of obtaining and using nanocomposite materials for radio networks of optical and terahertz frequency bands is considered. Nanoporous structures of anodized alumina Al2O3 (AOA) with a pore diameter of 40 and 75 nm were prepared. The study of crystalline material KH2PO4 (KDP) in the form of nanowires and nanotubes at different growth variants based on Al2O3 membrane and saturated aqueous KDP solution was obtained and performed.
