SUBSTANTIATION OF PRESSURE FORCE PARAMETERS AT INTERACTION OF TENSION LEVERS ROLLERS WITH GUIDE ROPES OF THE MECHANISM FOR SINGLE-PIECE CARGO WAREHOUSING
Abstract
Some engineering solutions have been proposed and a rope mechanism for single-piece cargo warehousing has been made. The relevant theoretical studies have been conducted to determine the relationship between its design and pressure force parameters, as well as some relevant experiments have been made to determine the ropes curve value in different areas depending both on the strength of their tension and on the applied load value as well. Some important recommendations have been given concerning the choice of the most efficient parameters of the rope mechanism for high-quality performance of the technological process depending on the angle of inclination of a pair of ropes to the horizon and the value of tension rollers pressure on the inner surfaces of the ropes.
