APPLICATION OF THE LACE FOR DECORATION OF MODERN WOMEN CLOTHING

Abstract

In the article the processes of designing women's clothing with different finishes, materials used in the manufacture of clothing, and the use of lace for the decoration of women's clothing are reviewed . Methods are considered. The methods of using a lace for decorating modern women's clothes are considered. Theoretical and practical investigations on the influence of the properties of modern lace materials on the design of women's clothing were conducted. The indicators characterizing the physical and mechanical properties of lace, and aesthetic indicators are determined.

As a result of the tests shown that the features of the use of a lace depend on its properties, the type and the element of clothing.

On the basis of research of physical-mechanical properties of lace, practical recommendations developed for designing and manufacturing of modern women's clothing with decorative decoration. It is established that in the process of designing and making clothes when choosing materials for decoration it is necessary to take into account the properties of both the main textile materials and decorating.
