APPLICATION OF 3D-PRINTING TECHNOLOGY IN THE FOOTWEAR INDUSTRY

Abstract

This article analyzes the current state of the shoe industry and prospects for its development using the latest technologies. Areas of application of 3D-printing technology in various industries are considered and characteristic directions of its application in light industry are given, in particular in the manufacture of clothing and footwear and details in the branch of mechanical engineering. A new pellet printing method is presented and its operation is described in detail.

It is also described that the production of plastic products is a promising direction for the development of general and special purpose footwear, which gives an understanding of the development of scientific bases for its further design and will contribute to the intensive development of this trend in Ukraine, and will be important for consumers and the economy as a whole.
