Abstract
Using the technology of reactive sintering of nanosized powders, composite materials based on silicon carbide, containing in the charge from 1 to 8% (wt.) of titanium carbide powder particles were fabricated. The influence of the TiC content in the charge on the regularities of changes in the electrical resistivity and dynamic elastic moduli of composites, determined from the results of acoustic measurements of the propagation velocities of elastic waves of various types using pulsed and resonant methods, was investigated.
