DYNAMIC SYNCHRONIZATION OF BIHARMONIC UNBALANCED VIBRATION EXCITERS

Abstract
The dynamic synchronization of biharmonic unbalanced vibration exciters mounted on a solid body with three degrees of freedom is investigated.
The equations of slow and fast motions of the vibration exciters, expressions for the dynamic moments acting on the rotors and the condition for the existence of a synphase mode of motion of the vibration exciters are obtained . It is shown that this condition is “non-rigid”. An expression for the vibration torque for the case of "stuck" frequency of the motor at start-up is obtained. Recommendations for choosing the parameters of a biharmonic drive are formulated. The obtained results are confirmed by numerical modeling
