Procedure for submitting publications for publication

 The article must be sent to the editorial office of the collection by e-mail: zbirnukfbd@gmail.com in two formats:

- a text file in ".docx" or ".doc"  format (Microsoft Word or compatible editors) with the name: "Surname_of_first_author.docx";

- a copy file in ".pdf" format with the name: "Surname_of_first_author.pdf".

 The article must be accompanied by:

- author's certificate - indicate the full surname, first name, patronymic of the authors, place of work, academic degree, academic title, ORCID, mailing address, e-mail, contact numbers, corresponding author (contact person);

- review by a leading scientist in the scientific direction of the article. See the "Reviewing" tab).

Article layout requirements

 Structure and volume of the text

Articles in Ukrainian and English are accepted. The editorial board reserves the right to accept articles in the languages of the European Union, provided that there are annotations in Ukrainian and English.

The structure of the article in Ukrainian or English is given in Table 1.

Articles in Ukrainian and English are accepted. It is recommended to layout articles according to the templates developed by the editorial board.

The total volume of the article text (including figures, tables, list of references) is at least 8 sheets of A5 format (148×210 mm).

Article title – should concisely reflect the content of the article, the volume – up to three lines. It is performed in Ukrainian and in English: at the beginning of the article – in the main language of the article, at the end of the article – in the non-main language of the article (i.e. in English – for a Ukrainian-language article, in Ukrainian – for an English-language article).

How to Cite: … – according to the requirements of DSTU 8302:2015, recommended in the style of the international APA standard.

Abstract – highlights the main problems and purpose, the main results and conclusions of the research. It is performed in Ukrainian and in English: at the beginning of the article – in the main language of the article, at the end of the article – in the non-main language of the article (i.e. in English – for a Ukrainian-language article, in Ukrainian – for an English-language article). The length of the annotation together with keywords is at least 1,800 characters with spaces.

Keywords (5-10 words or phrases, up to 2 lines) – should reflect the terminological area of the article. It is performed in Ukrainian and in English: at the beginning of the article – in the main language of the article, at the end of the article – in the non-main language of the article (i.e. in English – for a Ukrainian-language article, in Ukrainian – for an English-language article).

Next, the main part of the article is presented in the main language of the article, it should contain the following sections: Introduction (with subsections Analysis of literary sources and problem statement, Research aim and objectives), Materials and methods, Results and discussion, Conclusions. Next, the author(s) of the article provide brief information in the sections: Conflicts of interest, Funding, Data availability, Use of artificial intelligence.

The title of the section is written in the center, and the text of the section is given from the next line. It is not allowed to have the title of the section on one page, and the text to it on another. The requirements for the essence of these sections are given below.

Introduction – justification, disclosure of the relevance of the problem and definition of the main direction of the research in the article.

Materials and methods, Results and discussion – the main provisions of the methodology and research results on the topic of the article are set out.

Figures and tables that are not the work of the authors of the article must have a reference to the source used. Such requirements for avoiding plagiarism also apply to other elements of the article (text, etc.).

Conclusions – generalizations, conclusions, recommendations are given that summarize the results of the research presented in the article.

Conflicts of interest – the authors of the article publicly confirm that they have no conflict of interest in relation to the current study, including financial, personal, authorship, or any other that could affect the study, as well as the results reported in this paper.

Funding – the authors of the article publicly confirm that the study was conducted without financial support or indicate the official source data of the topic of state research work, grant, etc.

Data availability – the authors of the article publicly confirm that all data are available in numerical or graphical form in the main text of the article..

Use of artificial intelligence – the authors of the article publicly confirm that they did not use artificial intel-ligence technologies when creating the current work.

The bibliography is provided in two versions: References, Література. Publications of the authors of the article in the bibliography – no more than 20 %. Publications are recommended to be submitted together with their DOI in the form: https://doi.org/... . Avoid using russian sources.

References – a Latinized bibliography, formatted similarly to the list in Література:

- in English, if the source has such a counterpart;

- transliterated from Ukrainian into English version from Література, according to international rules of bibliographic description, in accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated January 27, 2010 N 55 “On the Systematization of Transliteration of the Ukrainian Alphabet into the Latin Alphabet”. Online transliteration from Ukrainian to English: http://ukrlit.org/transliteratsiia#google_vignette 

Література (in accordance with the requirements of DSTU 8302:2015, recommended in the style of the international standard APA) is given in the order of mention in the text with continuous numbering:

- in Ukrainian, if the source is Ukrainian or has such an equivalent;

- in English (the language of the original publication), if the source is not Ukrainian, in a foreign language.

Layout the article text

  1. Text editor – Word for Windows.
  2. Sheet size: 148×210 mm (A5). All page margins – 1.7 cm.
  3. The entire text of the article:

     - Times New Roman font;

     - after one interval, without page numbering;

     - paragraph indentation 1.0 cm (individual elements of the article without paragraph indentation, according to the requirements of Table 1);

  1. The font of the main part of the article is Times New Roman, 10.
  2. Line spacing is single (according to the article template file):

     - leave after the article elements "UDC", "Authors initials and surnames, scientific degree, academic title, ORCID, place of work, name of country", "*corresponding author, e-mail:…", "Article title", "How to Cite: …", "© 2025, Author(s).", "Abstract. …", "Keywords: …";

     - leave before and after the article elements: sections "Introduction", "Materials and methods", "Results and discussion", "Conclusions", "Conflicts of interest", "Funding", "Data availability", "Use of artificial intelligence", as well as – "References", "Literature", tables "Відомості про статтю:… Article information:…";

     - directly in the text of the main part of the article – before and after: tables, figures.

  1. Formulas should be aligned in the center with numbering at the end of the line on the right edge. They must be typed in the Microsoft Equation or Math Type formula editor (Times New Roman Italic and Symbol Italic fonts, Times New Roman numbers, main – 12; large index – 9; small index – 7; large symbol – 15; small symbol – 12).
  2. Numbering of figures and tables – in Arabic numerals.
  3. Insert a figure or table after the reference to them in the article, embedded in the text, with center alignment. Numerical and letter designations in figures and tables should be easy to read and reproduce when printed..
  4. The number and title of the figure should be centered in the line under the figure.
  5. The number and title of the table should be aligned in the center in the line above the table.
  6. Do not put a period at the end of the titles, table titles and figure captions.
  7. The last page of the article should be filled no less than ¾ (each article is submitted on a new page).
