PRINCIPLES OF OPTIMIZATION THE STRUCTURAL ELEMENTS OF WEB FORMS
Abstract
The author deals with the concept of usability in the context of web forms. The typical structure of the web form is described. The requirements to be met when developing a web form are given. The author identifies tools for optimizing web forms and gives examples of their successful and unsuccessful implementation.
