Publishing ethics, duties, and policies
Lutsk National Technical University, as the publisher of the scientific journal "Technological Complexes", follows the principles developed by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE). The journal adheres to the general criteria for scientific publications, as detailed in the Uniform Requirements for Manuscripts Submitted to Biomedical Journals (Vancouver Guidelines), developed by the International Committee of Medical Journal Editors. Additionally, the journal is guided by the LNTU Code of Honor in its activities.
The publisher expects editors, authors, and reviewers to adhere to high standards of publishing ethics. We encourage our editors, authors, and reviewers to collaborate in accordance with the Code of Conduct adopted by COPE.
In publishing the journal, we comply with relevant laws and regulations protecting intellectual property rights and copyrights.
The journal has a Policy regarding conflicts of interest (see below) and adheres to COPE principles for handling misconduct. Thus, allegations of misconduct will be thoroughly investigated to ensure research integrity.
Plagiarism detection software is used to check articles. Any cases of plagiarism will be addressed in accordance with COPE guidelines.
Ethical Responsibilities of Authors
Authors must adhere to high standards of publishing ethics and maintain proper communication with the editor(s), publisher, and their co-authors. Authors should refrain from distorting research results, which could discredit the journal, undermine trust in the professionalism of scientific authorship, and ultimately harm the scientific community as a whole.
