REASONING OF NON-MIXING METHOD OF MIXTURE FORMING FROM BULK MATERIALS

Abstract

The mixing process is the main technological operation in the premixes production. It is important to ensure the uniform distribution of components in mixtures from which premixes are made, because the quality of the mixture effects on the premixes efficiency and safety. Mixtures of premixes contain components in microdoses. The ratio between the components of the mixture may be 1:10 or more. It is impossible to ensure the high quality of such mixture by mixing the components. The non-mixing method of mixture forming can provide uniform distribution of components in such mixture. The new non-mixing method of mixture forming from bulk materials is proposed in the article. According to this method, the mixture is formed from elementary mixture volumes, which provides the necessary ratio between the components. The components with different properties and parameters can be mixed by this method. As a result of theoretical studies, the equations have been obtained which allows to substantiate the elementary volume of the mixture. If the mixture of components is formed from elementary volumes of the mixture by equipment, then the index of mixture quality will be very high. In addition, the equations have been obtained which allows to calculate the mass of components microdoses for forming the elementary volume of the mixture from bulk components.
