РОЗРОБКА СІВАЛКИ ТОЧНОГО ВИСІВУ ДЛЯ ПРЯМОГО СІВУ ЦУКРОВОГО БУРЯКА

Abstract
The article substantiates the expediency of direct sowing of sugar beet and proposes the design of a precision seeding drill intended for direct sowing of calibrated sugar beet seeds and gives its basic parameters.
The main difference between the developed design of the drill from the earlier ones is that each seeded seed falls into a separate hole in the soil, which is prepared by a special working body - a tooth-comber. Due to this, the traction resistance of the machine is significantly reduced, so the power expended by the tractor when working with the drill was 8.3 kW; productivity of the drill with a width of rows of 45 cm - 4.3 ha / h. Provision of precise single grain seeding with a constant interval of 23 cm gives a reduction in the cost of seed material. A direct sowing of calibrated sugar beet seeds increases environmental safety and reduces overall costs.
