ДОСЛІДЖЕННЯ ПРОЦЕСУ ВНЕСЕННЯ ВЕРХОВОГО ТОРФУ ПІД ПОСАДКУ ЛОХИНИ

Abstract
The article describes the technology of locusts planting. The design of the machine for the local application of peat is proposed. The scheme of experimental setup for dosage of peat peat is given. The design and principle of the screw dispenser is described.
The results of the multifactorial experiment on determination of accuracy of the dosage of peat are highlighted. The purpose of the experiment was to determine the coefficient of variation of the mass of the dose of the material, issued per unit time. Applied a mathematical method of planning an experiment. The equation of the regression of the influence of the geometric parameters of the dispenser and the upper moisture content on the accuracy of the dosage is given.
Based on the regression equation, the response surface is constructed. The analysis of the surface of the response has shown that the accuracy of the dosage is influenced by all the investigated factors. The precision of the dosage increases with an increase in the moisture content of the peat within W = 40 ... 45%. The highest accuracy of dispensing is achieved at an angle of inclination of the screw axis to the horizon β = 00.
