АНАЛІЗ МЕХАНІЧНИХ ЗАСОБІВ ДЛЯ ВИДАЛЕННЯ ШКІРКИ З ПЛОДІВ ГАРБУЗА

Abstract
The interest of Ukrainian agrarians in pumpkin grows. This requires the development of mechanical means for its primary processing. The need for maximum preservation of pulp occurs when processing pumpkins for the food industry. Methods for removing peanut from pumpkin fruits are analyzed in the article. The mechanical method is the most promising of known methods for removing skin from the fetus. Specialized machines and mechanisms are used for this method. The results of the review of known designs of cleaning machines and devices are described in the article. All devices and machines remained only experimental developments.
This is based on the analysis of current constructive solutions. They did not receive the introduction into industrial production. The analysis of known machine designs revealed their low productivity. The work of these machines does not exclude the use of manual labor. The use of manual labor is the reason for the increase in the cost price of finished goods. Such machines can not be included in the streamlines of modern automated productions. The task of developing a peanut pumpkin cleaning machine is relevant and needs to be addressed. It includes: the complete exclusion of manual labor; not damage to the pulp of the fetus; processing of fruits of any shape; simplicity of construction; low energy consumption processing process.
