THE USE OF FUZZY LOGIC IN THE SYSTEM OF AUTOMATIC CONTROL OF THE KIND CONCENTRATION IN THE PRODUCTION OF ALCOHOL

Abstract

The article examines the stage of the technological process of alcohol production, namely the preparation of the mixture. The analysis of the existing systems of automatic regulation on the given site is carried out. The application of fuzzy logic in the system of automatic regulation of the main parameters of batch concentration with the visualization of the studied stage of the technological process of alcohol production and their effectiveness is presented. The most widely used fuzzy logic has been used to solve the tasks of automatic control of technological processes in decisions, control and regulation of process parameters, determination of optimal values ​​and forecasting. The application of fuzzy logic rules was implemented using the Matlab software environment, which allows to develop a clear algorithm for deriving a fuzzy logical conclusion from the formation of the necessary knowledge bases. Fuzzy sets made it possible to apply a linguistic description of complex processes in the system of automatic regulation of the main parameters of the studied stage of the technological process of alcohol production. Based on the research, a visualization of the technological process using object-oriented programming language Delphi was developed, which allows to display the influence of input data on grain quantity, water quantity, bard filtrate and water temperature on the initial value of batch concentration.
