Reconstruction of landscape and recreational areas in city of Lutsk

This article presents an analysis of the development of landscape and recreational areas of the city of Lutsk, taking into account the existing natural environmental conditions, the requirements of regulatory documents, and the needs of the development of the city territory.
The authors analyzed the existing principles of inclusiveness of recreational areas in the urban context, which are enshrined in the Ukrainian regulatory framework for creating a barrier-free environment.
The study provides examples of the implementation of projects for the reconstruction and improvement of recreational areas in the city of Lutsk. An analysis of the modern approach to the reconstruction of landscape and recreational areas of the city is carried out, taking into account the needs of society and the challenges of today.
The development and implementation of landscaping and improvement projects takes into account the existing natural, climatic and relief features of the city of Lutsk and the region.
The principles of an inclusive approach when implementing conceptual developments of various types of recreational areas of the city are analyzed which allows us to identify universal solutions and a general concept for the development of various areas of the city, taking into account the natural and climatic conditions and features of the relief of the city, as well as taking into account the planning structure of the city, taking into account its development trends.
The authors also draw attention to today's challenges, including clear approaches, mandatory social impact analysis, and public discussion within the framework of implementing large-scale projects for the reconstruction of the city's territory to maximize their use for the needs of city residents.
The article considers modern principles and norms for the reconstruction of landscape and recreational zones of the city of Lutsk, which are used in the design and reconstruction of parks. The main problems are presented and the concept of further development of the city's recreational areas is highlighted.
