User rights
The journal “Modern Technologies and Methods of Calculations in Construction” applies the Creative Commons Attribution license (CC BY 4.0) to define user rights. This means that users are free to copy, cite, adapt, and reuse published articles, as well as to create derivative works such as extracts, reviews, commentaries, or other research based on them.
The main condition is that users must provide proper attribution to the source, indicate the license, specify if any changes were made to the original work, and clarify that the publication is not endorsed by the author as supporting the modified use of the material. Such use of articles promotes the widest possible dissemination of scientific knowledge and supports innovation across various fields.
Author rights
Authors retain copyright to their scientific works and have the right to use the results of their research for scientific purposes. At the same time, the journal “Modern Technologies and Methods of Calculations in Construction” is granted the right to publish and distribute the articles, ensuring their availability on the journal’s website and through other scientific and academic platforms.
This approach preserves authors’ rights to their publications while enabling them to benefit from open access. Authors are free to disseminate their work in other contexts while retaining full rights to its use.
