THEORETICAL JUSTIFICATION OF FEEDING THE CONVEYOR BELT TO THE CUTTING ZONE WITH DISC KNIVES

Abstract

Recently, in the drives of agricultural machines (sgm), belt and bar conveyors, conveyor belts with appropriate slotted protrusions are widely used instead of chain gears, for coupling with the corresponding trapezoidal protrusions of drive elements, which have a number of advantages over chain ones.

The German industry produces such rubber-cotton conveyor belts in rolls with a width of 0.9...2 m, a length of 50 m. And exports them to various countries of the world, including Ukraine.

The creation of new types of machines and mechanisms of transport and technological systems contributes to the further development of the national economy and the expansion of their nomenclature, increasing labor productivity due to the achievement of scientific and technical progress.
