STUDY OF THE INFLUENCE OF GRINDING MODES AND PARAMETERS OF THE INTERMITTENT GRINDING CIRCLE ON GRINDING TEMPERATURE OF ROLLER BEARING RINGS

Abstract

The paper examines the study of temperature during grinding of the surfaces of rotation of the outer rings of roller bearings. Thermal phenomena accompanying the grinding process significantly affect the quality of polished surfaces. To reduce the temperature in the cutting zone, intermittent grinding wheels are used, which increase the quality of the processing of bearing rings in the technological cycle.
