DEVELOPMENT OF DYNAMIC MODEL OF MILLING MACHINE TAKING INTO ACCOUNT THE DESIGN FEATURES OF THE VICE

Abstract

In the article  a dynamic model of a vertical milling machine is proposed, in which the main attention is directed to the elastic-damping characteristics of universal vises with various design features of the clamping jaws. The creation of progressive technological equipment allows to increase technical and economic indicators and expand the technological capabilities of equipment in the conditions of mechanical assembly production. The purpose of research is to develop a scheme of a milling machine, its dynamic model with the selection of vices according to achievements in the theory of dynamics of machines and machines. The effect of contact deformations in the joints with different numbers of moving elements in the jaws on the rigidity of the elastic system of the machine tool is considered. This will make it possible to perform mathematical modeling of the technological system of the machine and to develop recommendations for increasing dynamic stability due to the improvement of vices for clamping parts of a complex shape and the search for new technical solutions. It is advisable to use the above considerations when modeling the dynamic system of the machine. It has been proven that when searching for new technical solutions for universal vices and choosing rational options, it is necessary to take into account the contact stiffness of their clamping elements.
