FORECASTING THE DEVELOPMENT OF COMPUTER-INTEGRATED ASSEMBLY INSTRUMENT MANUFACTURING

Abstract

The analysis of modern foreign and domestic technical literature allows to predict with sufficient accuracy the further development of computer-integrated assembly instrument-making production. The main trends in the development of instrument-making production, especially SIM, stem from the globalization of markets, changes in public consciousness, ever-increasing consumer demands, shortening the life cycles of devices, advances in science and technology.

It is possible to conditionally allocate the basic directions of development of modern instrument making, especially in SIM: scientific-theoretical, design, technological, software, organizational, operational and others using concept of multidimensional computer integration based on integrated network and intelligent technologies and organizations

An important direction should be the innovative refinement of the structures of both devices and technological equipment, equipment and organization of instrument-making production on the basis of a mechanism to increase its efficiency. First, the required and reasonable quality and competitiveness of the device is established, and then their provision is considered due to manufacturability, efficiency of technology, equipment and facilities, its cost of production, organization of production, qualification of engineers and workers.
