STRUCTURAL SYNTHESIS OF VIBROMASSAGE EQUIPMENT

Abstract

The structural synthesis based on the method of synthesis of hierarchical groups using morphological analysis made in the article. The analysis of the structures and functional possibilities of technical means for conducting hardware massage has been carried out, the design features and elements of such technical means have been identified, and a morphological table of such features has been formed. Many variants of structural-scheme synthesis of vibromassage equipment have been obtained. Variants of designs of vibromassage tables and mattresses, consisting of various components, are proposed. So, the main elements of the proposed and patented designs of vibratory massage tables are various types of massage rollers, and the designs of vibratory massage mattresses include many chambers in which electric motors with massage attachments are placed. In the designs of vibratory massage mattresses, it is proposed to use a change in pressure in the upper and lower chambers with the help of a pneumatic compressor, which makes it possible to ensure a reliable fit of the massage nozzles to the surface of the patient's body, and to adjust the strength and intensity of the massage. The ability to select appropriate programs provides the most necessary impact of massage procedures on different parts of the human body. The operation of the main elements of vibromassage equipment can be controlled using a personal computer or smartphone.
