USTIFICATION OF TECHNOLOGICAL PROCESS AND PARAMETERS OF WORKING BODY FOR SEPARATION OF SUGAR BEETS

Abstract

Increasing the productivity of the machine and reducing the loss of sugar mass of roots during the separation of the tuber by optimizing the height of the copyless cut of the tuber and substantiation of the design and parameters of the working body for cleaning the heads of roots from the rest of the tuber provided quality indicators of sugar beet harvesting.

Based on the developed mathematical model of the process of copyless cutting, the method of determining the optimal height of the cut with the minimum agrotechnically permissible losses of sugar mass for different agrophysical characteristics of crops, buds and roots is substantiated.

Based on the analysis of literature sources, the algorithm of synthesis of structures, theoretical and experimental studies, the parameters and modes of the working body for the separation of the remnants of the hyphae are substantiated.
