Abstract

In the article from the standpoint of systems analysis, the main issues of the scientific and technological foundations of modular processes for the automatic assembly of devices in instrument making, which are based on the use of modern information technologies, modular equipment and equipment, and ensuring the achievement of the best results in these processes, are considered. Features of the process of modular automatic assembly of various types of devices are determined by material, energy and information flows, properties of the folded parts and their grouping, methods of changeover and assembly, assembly parameters, technical and economic indicators. In general, before modeling any objects or processes of automatic modular assembly of instrumentation, a search should be made for known and well-developed models with their software that can be recommended for use. Оnly in the absence of them or insufficient accuracy can the task of developing a new model be set, which should have advantages over the known ones.
