Abstract

The analysis of the study of the audiovisual effect of video clips "murmur of water" on the state of heart rate variability has been carried out. The correlation relationship between the degree of anxiety and changes in the temporal and spectral characteristics of the arterial oscillogram was investigated. The expediency of monitoring the psychological state according to the above parameters of the arterial oscillogram has been theoretically substantiated. The study confirmed psycho-corrective audiovisual influence. The parameters of the influence of “murmur of water” on the temporal and spectral characteristics of arterial oscillograms were determined with the prospect of using multimedia simulation with “murmur of water” in virtual reality systems. It has been proved that during the temporal analysis, the sympathetic part of the autonomic nervous system increased. The vegetative balance shifted towards the parasympathetic nervous system in the vascular circuit as opposed to. When analyzing the spectral characteristics of the arterial oscillogram, after watching the video composition "murmur of water", the influence of the sympathetic part of the autonomic nervous system on the state of the vessels also significantly decreased, which was manifested by a decrease in the percentage of ULF and VLF in the general frequency spectrum and an increase in HF.

The results obtained make it possible to apply them for the purpose of preventive rehabilitation, diagnostics and development of virtual reality systems with feedback, which will include conducting arterial oscillography in parallel with audiovisual simulation. This automated system will include a unit for the selection of arterial oscillograms, a data processing unit and a unit for audiovisual exposure to the “murmur of water”. These studies encourage a more detailed study of the effect of multimedia simulation on the psychoemotional state and the state of the autonomic nervous system.
