ENSURING THE RELIABILITY OF THE TECHNOLOGICAL PROCESS OF ROOT CLEANING
Abstract
The reliability of cleaning the heads of sugar beet roots is one of the important factors influencing the digging, storage and processing of roots into sugar. Because in the presence of remnants of the bud and root damage, storage conditions deteriorate and increase the cost of transportation and loss of raw materials during storage and processing. Therefore, high-quality cleaning technology and efficient machines should be used. In determining the rational technology and application of devices for cleaning roots, a description of a new technological process of cleaning roots by cleaning brooms is given. The design of a mounted three-row root harvester for farms has been developed. Analytical dependences for determination of power and constructive parameters of systems of working bodies of the car are deduced.
