PROSPECTIVE SOLAR CELLS MATERIALS AND TECHNOLOGIES

Abstract

The paper analyzes the publications of authoritative world scientists and from two countries – Ukraine and Poland in the fields of «Photoelectricity / Photovoltaic» in order to find regularities in both the development of these areas in each state and to determine the prospects for joint research The analysis is based on the results of data published in the international scientific databases Web of Science and Scopus. The most advanced areas of research in each country are identified, both theoretical and applied research are analyzed, aimed at practical application.
