DIAGNOSTIC MONITORING OF EQUIPMENT AS A PREREQUISITE OF PROVIDING ITS ABILITY TO WORK
Abstract
The increase in the share of small businesses in the industry makes it difficult to organize the maintenance of equipment in working order. One of the possible ways to solve this problem is to constantly monitor the condition of the equipment. Simple and informative is the analysis of the vibroacoustic activity of the machines. The periodic creation of „vibration portraits“ of the machine allows them to compare trends in changes in the state of the links of the kinematic chain. Increasing the rate of increase in the intensity of vibrations generated by certain components of the machine is the basis for checking such details and eliminating the emergency stops (breakdowns) of the machines.
