ANALYSIS OF THE FEATURES OF DESIGN AND METROLOGICAL PROVISION OF ACTIVE CONTROL DEVICES

Abstract

The article describes the main conditions for choosing a control scheme in the processing process to ensure high measurement accuracy. It has been established that currently in active control devices for grinding machines, the inductive principle of converting size into scale or digital indicator readings is the most widely used. The main metrological characteristics of the active control device, the functional connection of the device with the machine, their layout and the exchange of signals between the machine and the device are described. Methods of contact of the measuring tips of the active control devices with the processed part to determine the accuracy and reliability of the measurement are also described.
