ANALYSIS OF THE CONTROL SYSTEM BASED ON THE NODE-RED PROGRAMMING SYSTEM FOR
Abstract
In the article, an analysis of grain wort viscosity control systems is carried out. A certain part of the technological process, which at the moment is poorly researched from the point of view of the development of a control system that will ensure compliance with the quantitative and qualitative indicators of the initial product - alcohol, therefore we propose to implement the solution of this problem using modern technologies, namely using the visual programming environment Node- Red to control the studied parameter based on a Raspberry Pi single-chamber controller. The developed wheat wort viscosity control system when using alcohol based on Node-red can be an effective and simple way to automate the alcohol production process, which allows accurate and stable control of wort viscosity and ensures high product quality. An example of a program in the Node-Red environment using the JS language is given.
