Abstract

The article provides a thorough analysis of the current state of the use of "smart clothes," substantiates the importance of monitoring the cardiovascular system, and proves the feasibility of simultaneous monitoring of electrocardiographic and phonocardiographic signals (FCG and ECG) with the aim of integrating them into textiles. The article analyzes typical designs of similar systems, taking into account their advantages and disadvantages. Based on the analysis of scientific works, a structural complex for recording phonocardiographic and cardiographic signals in homogeneous conditions has been developed, which can be divided into three parts: a compact electronic unit with sensors embedded in clothing, a "cloud" service, and a computerized doctor's workplace. The article proposes a system design capable of being integrated into clothing and simultaneously monitoring both phonocardiographic and cardiographic signals for the purpose of deep phase analysis of cardiac activity, with an emphasis on determining the type of cardiovascular response system for loading, for which a patent of Ukraine has been obtained. The article shows the perspective of this monitoring in athletes. Based on the conducted theoretical research and application of the in-phase method of processing synchronously registered phonocardiographic and cardiographic signals, spectral components were obtained in terms of the energy theory of stochastic signals by Ya.P. Dragan, which are informative and invariant signs of the state of the cardiovascular system as an emergent-energetic-vibrational with heterotropic media.
