Abstract

Technologies, principles of operation, practical application of optoelectronic temperature sensors are considered in the work. The purpose of the work is to study the design features and principles of operation of optoelectronic temperature sensors, their classification. An important direction of the conducted research is the study of methods of application of optoelectronic sensors in practice. Four main groups of optoelectronic sensors are considered in the work: optocouplers with an open channel, fiber optic sensors, integrated optical sensors, sensors with fiber optic connections. Such phenomena as electro-optical, magneto-optical, elasto-optical, thermo-optical effects, luminescence, Raman scattering, Rayleigh and Mandelstam-Brillouin scattering, intermode interaction, on which the use of optoelectronic sensors is based, were investigated. Design features and the field of application of sensors using fiber gratings of refractive index - Bragg gratings are considered. The obtained results make it possible to identify the most effective and accurate method of temperature measurement using optoelectronic sensors, to find out their main advantages and disadvantages.
