Abstract

The article describes the influence of various factors on the accuracy of mechanical processing of parts of an automated complex consisting of a metal cutting machine and an active control device. The task of this complex is to obtain parts with a machined surface, the dimensions of which must be within the specified tolerance field. Active control devices do not exclude the influence on the size obtained as a result of processing of all factors acting on the machine, the device and the detail, which cause errors. Such factors primarily include temperature inconsistencies of the processed part during its measurement at the end of processing, which occurs due to heating of the part during the grinding process, fluctuations in the allowance and mechanical properties of the processed material, blunting of the cutting tool, as well as inconsistencies in the temperature of the lubricating and cooling liquid and the surrounding air. In addition, measurements are also affected by wear of the measuring tips of the device and changes in its temperature under the influence of the environment. Processing errors arising from various reasons that directly affect the size of the part at the end of processing, or are found on the processed parts, are given.
