UNIT OF DIGITAL INDICATION OF THE ELECTROACOUSTIC HARDNESS METER
Abstract
The article presents a digital display unit of an electroacoustic hardness tester. A functional diagram of a digital electroacoustic hardness tester and the main dependencies describing its operation are presented. The use of a block with a digital indication of readings allows to increase the accuracy and productivity of the process of measuring the hardness of steel products during the use of the TEA-5 electroacoustic hardness tester. Increasing the accuracy of the measurement process is ensured by the digital indication of the measurement results, which excludes the subjective error of the operator when taking readings. The performance of the measurement process is determined by the pulse counting time and far exceeds the performance of the measurement using an analog recording device.
