Complaints policy
The editorial board of the journal strives to respond to all complaints received in a timely and constructive manner and to resolve them effectively. Each case will be considered individually, depending on its nature and complexity, and all decisions will be made in accordance with the recommendations of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).
Complaints or suggestions should be sent to the journal's email address: mailto:confkptm@gmail.com. All appeals will be considered within thirty business days. However, depending on the complexity of the issue, additional time may be required to complete the investigation.
The complaint should be clear, concise, and contain sufficient evidence to confirm the possible violation of publication ethics. If possible, it is recommended to attach accompanying documents confirming the stated claims.
In the event of personal complaints against authors, editors, reviewers, or members of the editorial board, the journal will provide a response with an explanation of why the complaint does not fall within the competence of the publication. In such cases, the journal does not investigate if the complaints are formulated in an abusive, threatening, or defamatory manner.
