Materials are published under the Creative Commons Attribution (CC BY) license.

By submitting an article, the author confirms that it is original, does not infringe copyright, and has not been submitted to other publications.

The author retains the rights to his work, and the journal receives the right of first publication and distribution of the article (in Ukrainian or English, in print or electronic form).
