Abstract

The article is devoted to solving the urgent scientific and practical problem of creating specialized research equipment for the needs of light industry robotics. The object of development is an automated mechatronic stand designed for modeling the processes of manipulating flexible flat parts. The work describes in detail the design of the stand, which implements the vacuum gripping method. The kinematic scheme of the installation based on precision screw gears for creating a controlled separation force is analyzed. The architecture of the pneumatic system with vacuum stabilization through the receiver is substantiated. The features of building a dual-circuit control system based on microcontrollers are disclosed, which provides synchronization of mechanical movement and high-speed data collection. The methodology for conducting a multifactor experiment to determine the optimal geometric parameters of vacuum suction cups is presented.
