Policy on the use of generative AI

The journal policy is in line with WAME and Elsevier recommendations. AI (artificial intelligence) cannot be considered an author and cannot be responsible for the accuracy or ethics of the text.

Authors must:

– declare the use of AI;

– describe the tool used, its version, query, and purpose;

– not use AI to create or correct images, diagrams, and graphs (exception: if this is part of the methodology).

The editorial board reserves the right to use tools to detect materials created using AI.
