Factor research of functional and value indicators of the grain crops delivery process

Abstract

The research has been revealed interrelationships between the functional and cost indicators of the  grain crops transport process of  delivery that made it possible to formulate recommendations on the use of available means of transport by the enterprise to fulfill orders for the grain crops delivery from agricultural enterprises to the elevator. Modeling of the transport process of the grain crops delivery  from agricultural enterprises to the elevator using the previously developed method of choosing a rational vehicle has been carried out. Simulation modeling has been carried out for each of the company's fifteen vehicles with a load of more than 20.8 tons. The values ​​of the delivery distance varied within 10 ... 100 km, and the volume of orders was 5.0 ... 22.5 tons.

On the basis of the simulation results, common signs of the use of vehicles were revealed, which made it possible to group the company's vehicles into 5 groups using the method of hierarchical cluster analysis.

For each of the 5 groups of the company's vehicles, a factor analysis was conducted, on the basis of which the closeness of the connection was established and approximating functions were formed for the dependencies between the specific fuel consumption of vehicles and the volume of cargo; the cost of 1 km of the completed order by means of transport and the volume of cargo; total fuel consumption by vehicles and freight traffic. The obtained values ​​of the correlation coefficients indicate the existence of a close relationship for the studied dependencies.

Based on the results of the simulation of the process of grain crop delivery by means of transport, the ratio "cargo volume - distance of transportation" was identified and recommendations were made that would achieve the optimal cost of fulfilling a 1 km order for each of the company's vehicle groups. The obtained results of the researches are intended for use by managers that choose transport for the grain crops delivery from agricultural enterprises to the elevator.
