Abstract

The paper proposes the determination of the labor intensity of maintenance of cars (crossovers) with different design concepts of the same model class using the methods of determining the labor intensity of maintenance and a comparative analysis of the labor intensity for the development prospects of the introduction of innovative cars using the latest technologies was conducted.

To solve the problems set, the following were used: mathematical methods, methods of applied mechanics, basic provisions for determining the reliability of cars, statistical processing of collected experimental data, computer programming and logical analysis of the problem.

The research was conducted using technical indicators of cars, a list of operations for maintenance of cars, standard time for maintenance operations (diagnostic, servicing operations), statistical data for maintenance, recommendations of service station technical personnel.

The validity and establishment of new provisions, analysis, presentation of conclusions and recommendations in scientific and practical work is ensured by the application of the laws of mathematical statistics, classical mechanics, the specifics of the problem statement, and the use of mathematical methods. The reliability of scientific and practical results of the work is due to the use of proven research methods, the adequacy of mathematical models, a reasonable choice of equipment, technical means, diagnostic, control and measuring equipment and processing of experimental data using experimental research planning methods and mathematical statistics. The adequacy of analytical studies was compared with the results of numerical calculations with the results of analytical research data in real industrial conditions, including modes of maintenance operations, as well as various technical solutions.
