Search for optimal solutions in heterogeneous dynamic road transport systems
Abstract
The task of increasing the efficiency of road freight transportation is of particular relevance in modern economic conditions, which are defined as dynamically unstable and with a high degree of uncertainty in information situations of forecasting the development of the industry. A key element in the organization of the transport process of road freight transportation is the routing of rolling stock as a set of procedures for selecting the optimal characteristics of the route of movement, which determine the effectiveness of their organization in operational planning of transportation.
The routing task becomes especially relevant when the distribution of cargo flows is multivariate and multifaceted in dynamically changing conditions. In this case, the task of optimal routing can be solved only on the basis of the development of a specialized mathematical apparatus - an analytical tool for making effective decisions.
Therefore, it can be argued that the problem of optimizing routing processes in a dynamically changing environment, which is in demand in practice, is one that requires a systematic solution in dynamically changing conditions of operational planning of road freight transportation. This will allow for a systematic management of commercial operation of rolling stock of freight transport enterprises, taking into account dynamically changing criteria and factors.
