Abstract

The processes of passenger and cargo transportation and the road transport infrastructure that ensures the transportation processes must meet the growing demands of society for the quality of transport services and road safety. The need to develop, make decisions on improving the existing planning of transportation processes, forming routes, ensuring high-speed traffic, and solving the problems of ensuring the safety of all traffic participants is an urgent need.

Motor transport creates a significant number of problems for society, among which the following can be identified as the most significant: significant costs of financial, material, energy, and labor resources; cars use petroleum products and gas as energy carriers, which are not renewable and their reserves on the ground are constantly decreasing; significant impact on the environment and people; road accidents; significant economic losses in the process of operation, maintenance and repair of cars; the organization of operation and maintenance of cars is not perfect.

The formation of the transport system and its organization at road transport enterprises is the most important task. Work must be carried out in accordance with a well-founded, clearly established procedure. At the first stage, an analysis of the state and dynamics of the development of the transport services market in the region where the enterprise is located is carried out, an analysis of the road environment is carried out, factors influencing the transport process and traffic safety are studied. The transportation system is being developed, which includes: the formation of technological conditions, transportation schemes, transportation routes; carrying out studies to determine the operational characteristics of cars: operational speeds on specific transports, route norms of consumption of energy resources, time of movement of goods and passengers, traffic schedules, etc.; development of a system of organization and management influences on the implementation of the transport system and ensuring road traffic safety during transportation. The efficiency of the transport system must be constantly monitored and monitored. For this, it is necessary to evaluate the quality of transport services, their compliance with the expectations and requirements of consumers. The evaluation of the efficiency of the transport system of the enterprise must be constantly monitored using indicators of the quality and efficiency of the production of transport services.
