Factor analysis of the formation of a network of enterprises mobile car service

Abstract

The most important areas of improvement in the field of car service are the creation of new promising projects, expansion of the range of services taking into account the actual needs of car owners.

According to statistics, every second car owner faced a situation when his car broke down while driving. Unfortunately, not every driver knows how to carry out repairs on the spot, and therefore, as a rule, there is a need to call a tow truck and carry out further repairs at a stationary car service. Such actions take a lot of time for the car owner. In order to save time, you can use a mobile car service that goes to the location of the car. However, mobile car service is most developed in large cities. In many cases, the services of a mobile car service are limited to providing a tow truck and transporting the car to a service station. These factors require the implementation of new approaches to the organization of a car service, in particular a mobile one.

Today, the niche of mobile car service is almost non-existent in Ukraine. In the general structure of the car service, it is only 6%. The service "car repair on call" is just beginning to gain popularity. Therefore, the issue of developing such a range of services as a mobile car service, in modern conditions of increasing the car fleet, is becoming extremely relevant.

The article carries out scientific research on the problems of improving the efficiency of the car service system and expanding the range of services in the conditions of increasing the car fleet. The relevance of the research lies in the search for methods of evaluating the mobile car service infrastructure and the development of a mathematical model of the required number of mobile car service enterprises.
