The application the principles of logistics management in organization activities of a transport enterprise
Abstract
Currently, transport companies are forced to work in difficult conditions that have developed in our country, while not excluding competition, the constant increase in the price of fuel and maintenance. Changes in the nature of demand for transport services have a significant impact on the processes in the logistics systems of transport enterprises. Customers of transport services demand fast and clear delivery. At the same time, there is a tendency to decrease the mileage utilization ratio and the carrying capacity of vehicles, with sufficiently high indicators of the distance of cargo transportation. These reasons indicate the need to optimize and improve the operation of the delivery system, and in general the organization of transportation, focusing on the logistics system of the transport enterprise. In this situation, it is necessary to focus not so much on increasing the efficiency of operations, but on determining all the parameters of the delivery process and their impact on costs. The analysis of the current state of operation and organization of the logistics system of the transport enterprise shows that the change in the technical and operational indicators of the rolling stock provides only a short-term effect. Improvement of the organization of the delivery process should be based on the application of logistics principles to process technology, because they most fully reflect modern market trends.
In a situation where the customer dictates the conditions and defines the main parameters of the requirements for the delivery system, the application of logistics principles to the organization of technological processes is a key factor in the successful operation of a transport enterprise. At the same time, special attention is paid to logistics costs. Taking into account the component costs makes it possible to increase the reliability of the entire cargo delivery process, and, as a result, to increase the efficiency of the logistics system of the transport enterprise. The logistic organization of processes in the system of delivery, processing and distribution of cargo makes it possible to fully use the full potential of the system approach. The analyzed methods and approaches used do not fully correspond to real processes. It is proposed to reveal the dependence of cargo delivery costs on the parameters of the delivery system and thus assess the impact of the delivery system parameters on logistics costs. The obtained dependencies will make it possible to establish the functional interrelationships of the system and determine the limit values of the parameters for making the right management decisions.
