Publication fee

Submissions to ТС require an article processing charge (APC) of   if they are finally sent out for publishing after peer review. The editorial office will contact the authors to confirm that the fee is being assessed and to provide information on how to pay it. 

The APC covers the costs induced by the editing and reviewing process, checking for plagiarism, efficient publication service to the authors, i.e. proofreading, editorial assistance in the publishing process, providing cover layout, and typesetting. 

The cost of publication in the journal for applicants of the third level of higher education of a budgetary form of training, completed by them alone, is FREE.
