TECHNOLOGICAL ASPECTS OF CREATING A REGISTER OF STATE RESERVES

Abstract

The article discusses the problems of creation and functioning of an automated register system in the field of state reserves. Particular attention is paid to the fact that keeping operational, administrative and accounting records in paper form significantly slows down the process of managing the reserves, increases the risk of receiving inaccurate information and complicates the control over the storage of material assets. The creation of the scientific basis for the secure automated system will significantly increase the efficiency of inventory management.
