Plagiarism policy

The editorial board of the journal adheres to the principles of academic integrity, publication ethics and responsible scientific review in accordance with the international standards and recommendations of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).
By submitting a manuscript to the journal, the authors confirm that:
1. The submitted material is the result of original scientific research;
2. The manuscript does not contain plagiarism, fabrication, falsification or manipulation of data;
3. The article has not been previously published and is not under consideration in another publication;
4. All sources used are properly cited;
5. All persons listed as authors have made a real scientific contribution to the preparation of the work.
The editorial board of the journal carries out an initial check of the submitted materials for compliance with the requirements of academic integrity, the thematic profile of the journal and the rules of design. All manuscripts are checked using specialized StrikePlagiarism software.
In case of detection of signs of plagiarism, self-plagiarism, fabrication or falsification of results, the editorial board has the right to:
• reject the manuscript;
• return the material to the authors for revision;
• initiate additional peer review;
• withdraw an already published article in accordance with international ethical practices.
The journal's reviewers are independent experts and play an important role in ensuring the scientific quality and academic integrity of publications. During the review, they assess:
• the scientific novelty of the work;
• the validity of the methodology;
• the reliability of the results obtained;
• the correctness of citation and use of sources;
• the work's compliance with ethical and academic standards.
The journal's editorial board guarantees the confidentiality of the review and does not allow a conflict of interest between authors, reviewers and members of the editorial board.
The authors of the article are responsible for the accuracy of the facts, data, research results and compliance with copyright. At the same time, the editorial board and reviewers independently monitor the compliance of the materials with the principles of academic integrity and publication ethics.
In the event of violations of publication ethics after the publication of the article, the editorial board acts in accordance with the COPE recommendations and reserves the right to publish corrections, refutations or withdraw the article.
