Peer review process
REVIEW PROCESS
All manuscripts submitted to the collection "Scientific Notes" undergo a review procedure. Reviewing involves ensuring the quality of scientific publications, originality, and compliance with the publication policy and direction of the collection.
The review process for articles submitted for publication in the collection of scientific works "Scientific Notes" takes place in two stages.
The first stage - the submitted article must be accompanied by a review from a leading scientist in the scientific direction of the article.
At the second stage, the editorial board ensures independent review of the materials submitted for publication by scientists who conduct research on similar topics, and sends the authors the reviewers' comments and recommendations. The authors make the necessary changes to the article, and in the event that they disagree with the reviewer's comments, they provide justification. After the final approval of the text of the article by the authors and reviewers, the editorial board gives permission to print the article. An article approved for publication is processed by a technical editor. Minor stylistic, spelling, or technical corrections that do not affect the content of the article are made by the editor without consulting the author.
Reviews are stored in the editorial office for at least three years.
The final decision is made by the Chief or Responsible Editor and approved by an extended meeting of the editorial board.
All manuscripts are considered confidential documents. Reviewers and editors do not have the right to use unpublished materials for their own interests. The publication adheres to COPE recommendations in cases of possible violations of publication ethics.
