AI usage policy
ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE (AI) POLICY
The editorial strategy recognizes the possibility of using AI tools (including generative models) in manuscript preparation.
However, publication ethics caution that:
- AI tools cannot be cited as authors;
- full responsibility for the scientific content, reliability and originality of the material rests with the authors;
- the use of AI for data analysis or image processing must be clearly declared
in the text of the manuscript (in particular in the "Methods" section);
- the use of AI for language editing is allowed (if scientific content is not generated or modified);
- in the case of using AI to assist in text creation, generalization of material or structuring of the manuscript, such use must be transparently declared;
- the use of AI to fabricate or falsify data, create fake links, or manipulate images is strictly prohibited;
- editors and reviewers should not upload confidential manuscripts to open AI systems.
Failure to report significant use of AI may be considered a violation of publication ethics.
